Counselling Psychologist (DPsych) | ICF PCC Coach | Coach Mentor | Facilitator | Helping people find clarity through psychology & coaching
I qualified as a Neuroleadership Institute (NLI) Coach in 2003 and have trained, mentored and assessed coaches globally since 2011. I specialise in developing coaching capability through evidence-based coaching practice and psychologically informed approaches to behavioural change.
Alongside my work with NLI, I have over 20 years’ experience across psychology, coaching and education. I work as a Counselling Psychologist at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) and run a private practice, New Clarity For You, providing psychological therapy, coaching and coach mentoring.
I am also Head of Psychology within secondary education, where I have led curriculum development and created coaching cultures to support both staff and students.
My experience across healthcare, education and coaching enables me to integrate counselling psychology, coaching and behavioural science to support meaningful, sustainable change for individuals, coaches and leaders.
